When you’re ready to launch

Look like a real business from day one.

Your website, your domain, your business email — and the system that runs the work behind it, all under your name. One bill: $99 a month.

What you get

Everything a small contractor pays for every month. In one place.

Your website

Built for your trade, on your own domain.

  • Your services, your area, your phone number
  • A contact form that drops every lead straight into your Command Center
  • Job and subcontractor applications — hire in one click
  • Customers sign up for their own portal
  • Your domain, hosting and business email (you@yourbusiness.com)
  • A project gallery: publish a finished job in Command Center and it shows on your site

Command Center

The system that runs the work — at app.yourbusiness.com, installs on your phone.

  • Your BASE, floor rate and pricing built in — every price starts from what your life costs
  • Job walks with photos and measurements, priced as you walk
  • Proposals with e-signature, change orders the customer signs
  • Scheduling, calendar, daily logs, punch lists
  • Invoices, card payments, reminders, and a portal where customers pay
  • Books: income statement, profit buckets, 1099s, Schedule C and a QuickBooks export
  • Expenses and mileage, with receipt scanning
  • Crew: time clock, timecards and payroll runs
  • Insurance claims: carrier scope, depreciation, deductible, supplements
  • Jack, your back-office assistant — ask by text or voice and it does the paperwork
What it costs to put together yourself

Most contractors rent this one piece at a time.

Here’s what each piece usually runs when you buy it on its own.

The bundle
$99/mo

Website, domain, hosting, email and Command Center with Jack, under your name. No build fee.

Straight talk: Command Center isn’t a copy of every feature in those tools. It covers what a small residential contractor actually uses — and it’s built on your BASE, so every price you send starts from what your life costs.

What’s not in it yet

So you know before you buy.

  • No bank feed. You enter expenses or snap the receipt. It doesn’t pull from your bank yet.
  • QuickBooks is an export, not a live sync. You download a file your accountant can import.
  • Texts go from your own phone. There’s no texting service built in yet; Command Center lines the message up and you send it.
