1. How to request a refund
Email admin@bluecollarfunded.com from the email address on your order. Include your order number (it's in your purchase confirmation email and on your account dashboard) and a brief reason. We respond to refund requests within two business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
2. Manuals
14-day refund window from purchase date.
If a manual isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount. We'll deactivate your access to the manual when the refund is processed.
After 14 days, manuals are considered consumed and refunds are at our discretion (we still consider individual cases — just send us an email).
3. Websites
Website builds are scoped, fixed-price, and proceed in stages:
- Before intake submission — full refund.
- After intake but before build starts — full refund minus a $49 intake review fee (if we've already done the kickoff review).
- After build is in progress — partial refund based on completion. We'll send you the work-in-progress files and refund the unworked portion.
- After site is delivered — no refund, but we'll work with you to address any scope concerns. If we've materially failed to deliver what was promised on the product page, contact us and we'll make it right.
4. Apps — one-time purchase
30-day refund window for self-hosted (Tier 1) one-time purchases.
If the app doesn't work for your business, email us within 30 days of purchase. We'll refund the full amount and revoke the license / uninstall the module from your site.
If you've already had us perform a paid install, the install fee is non-refundable (the work was performed) but the app itself is refundable.
After 30 days, one-time app purchases are not refundable. They are perpetual licenses — you keep using them.
5. Apps — monthly subscription
Cancel any time, no refund of the current month, no further charges.
- Cancel through your billing portal. By default, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access for what you've paid for.
- If you choose immediate cancellation, the partial month is not refunded.
- If you were billed for a renewal you didn't intend (e.g., you forgot to cancel and the auto-renew hit), email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund that month and process the cancellation.
- Your data is exportable for a reasonable period after cancellation.
6. Hosting & recurring services
Hosting and recurring services (SEO, ads management, social posting, review reply, newsletter) operate the same way as monthly app subscriptions:
- Cancel any time through your billing portal.
- No refund of the current month, no further charges.
- For SEO and ads in particular: we don't refund work already performed. If we missed a deliverable that was promised on the product page, we'll either redo it or refund that portion of the month.
- Ad spend on Google Ads is paid directly to Google, not to BCF. We can't refund ad spend, only our management fee.
- Done-for-You Estimate Writing ($99 per estimate) is refundable up to the point we begin writing. After that, no refund — but we'll revise the estimate based on your feedback at no extra charge.
7. Branding & profile setup
Logos, business cards, vehicle wraps, yard signs, banner packs, and profile setup services (Google Business Profile, Yelp/Angi/HomeAdvisor, citations) are scoped one-time projects:
- Before we start — full refund.
- After first round of design — we include up to two rounds of revisions in the price. If after revisions the design isn't acceptable, we'll refund 50% (covering the design time invested) and you keep no rights to the work-in-progress files.
- After approval and final files delivered — no refund. Files are yours.
- Profile setup — once submitted to the third-party platform (Google, Yelp, etc.), we can't undo it. No refund after submission.
8. Bundles
Bundles are refundable under whichever rule is most favorable to you, applied on a pro-rated basis to the bundle price:
- If you've consumed only part of the bundle (e.g., downloaded 2 of 12 manuals), we'll refund the unconsumed portion at the individual SKU price, capped at the bundle's total price.
- If you've consumed all of it, the rules for the underlying products apply individually.
Email us your situation and we'll work out a fair number.
9. Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback locks the conversation through the card networks and Stripe's dispute system, which is slow and adversarial. We can almost always resolve a refund issue faster and more fairly by talking directly.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending the dispute.
